I do like some of the clothes from Kickee Pants, and the quality seems good from what I can tell. But the customer service side was a bit frustrating. I reached out about my order and ended up waiting a few days before I got what felt like an actual response.

When they finally got back to me, the reply seemed rushed and didn’t really clear things up, so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but for the price, I’d sort of expect the support to be a little more helpful.

I really wanted this to work for us, but after using it with my baby, I noticed they got warm way too quickly. I kept checking and adjusting, but it still felt like they were overheating faster than I was comfortable with. Sadly, it just wasn’t the right fit for us.

I really like how it feels, but yeah, the shrinking was disappointing. I washed it in cold water and dried it on low, and it still came out noticeably smaller. For the price, I just expected it to hold up a little better

I went on there hoping I’d actually find a few cute things, but of course most of the sizes and colors I wanted were already gone. The selection felt really limited, like there just wasn’t much left for anyone who didn’t get there first. I kept scrolling thinking maybe I’d find something, but it was disappointing and didn’t feel worth spending much time on.

I was dissapointed with this. The material feels really thin and cheap, and after just one wash it got rough and kind of stretched out. For the price, I expected better quality.

I really wanted to like these, but the prints just didn’t do it for me. The patterns looked kind of weird, actually, maybe just way too busy, and the colors felt a little off too. Definitely not my taste

So, my order showed up with the wrong size and a different print than what I picked. It wasn’t what I ordered at all, it was frustrating.

Man, these things are not breathable at all. I wore them for a short time and was already sweating like crazy. Total little sweat monsters

I can’t really get behind writing a fake negative review. If something actually went wrong, say that and explain what happened. But making stuff up just to hurt a business doesn’t sit right with me.

I ordered from KicKee Pants because I really thought the clothes would be soft and stretchy, but they were way tighter and stiffer than I expected. My kid is constantly running, climbing, and wiggling around, and these just didn’t move with him at all, which was super frustrating.
After just one wear, they already felt more irritating than comfortable. For what they cost, I seriously expected better flexibility and overall comfort. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I wanted to like these, but yeah, they just didn’t feel good on me. The fabric started feeling kinda weird after a bit, like clingy and too warm, and I couldn’t really ignore it.

The fit was also a little annoying, mostly around the waist and legs. I kept messing with them all day, which got old fast. For the price, I thought they’d be way better, so I wouldn’t grab them again.

I loved these pajamas when they first arrived, they were really soft and looked adorable. But after just a few washes, they started pilling and stretching out, even though I followed the care instructions. I’ve bought similar pajamas from other brands that stayed in better shape for the same price or less, so I was a little disappointed. Cute at first, but I expected them to last longer.

Ugh, my refund took waaaay longer than I thought it would. I kept having to check in for updates because it felt like nothing was happening unless I asked. It wasn’t the worst shopping experience ever, but waiting that long to get my money back was really frustrating. I probably won’t order from them again because of it...

I found some really cute things and was excited to order, but once I saw the shipping cost, it kind of made me pause. Like, I get that shipping isn’t free, and maybe I’m just used to lower fees elsewhere, but it made the whole order feel a little less worth it in the end

The clothes feel nice, so I’ll give them that. But the color was definitely not what I thought I was ordering. Online it looked like a soft dusty pink, and in person it showed up way brighter, almost coral. Which is fine, I guess, if that’s what I had actually wanted. Not the worst thing ever, but for the price, it’s a little disappointing to play guessing games with the colors.

They do have some really cute items, and I wanted to like the place more. But the prices felt a bit unreasonable for what you’re getting. Trying to exchange my item was such a hassle. It took forever to get anywhere, and every step made me feel like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer. By the end, it really didn’t feel worth the effort.

The stuff was super cute, no complaints there, but the shipping was sooo slow. I was expecting it way sooner, and I barely got any updates, so I was just sitting there like... okay, is it coming or what? Not the worst experience ever, but for the price, it was annoying ngl.

I ordered this sleeper thinking it would make nighttime changes a little easier, but nope, the zipper catches almost every single time I try to use it. The snaps aren’t much better either. A couple feel loose, and one just refuses to line up right, which is exactly the kind of thing that happens when I’m already trying to deal with a squirmy baby. For what this costs, I really thought the basics would at least work properly. Instead it just adds one more annoying thing to deal with. I wouldn’t buy it again.
